SATIGO was engaged to deliver a Business Analysis work package within a complex, regulated environment. The organisation needed to establish a clear understanding of its existing processes, requirements and stakeholder priorities before progressing to the next stage of delivery. Multiple stakeholder groups had different priorities and perspectives, requirements were continuing to evolve, and a clear, shared understanding needed to be established. The project needed to bring structure to this complexity, align stakeholders and create the documented requirements and outputs needed to support effective decision making and future delivery.

SATIGO began by establishing the existing landscape, processes and known requirements. Through structured stakeholder engagement, workshops and interviews, we brought together different perspectives from across the organisation and identified areas where greater clarity or alignment was required. Existing processes were mapped at different levels of detail to create a clear view of how the organisation operated.
Structured discovery questionnaires were used to explore both functional and non-functional requirements, with subject matter experts involved throughout to gather, test and validate information.

Where priorities, scope or sequencing changed, SATIGO adapted the delivery approach while maintaining momentum and continuing to work towards the agreed project outcomes.
