Our commitment to inclusive digital services, produced in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 and the Equality Act 2010.
This accessibility statement applies to the digital services and platforms developed and maintained by SATIGO Ltd, a UK based Digital Capability Partner. Where we support websites, apps, or other platforms on behalf of public sector clients, we work to ensure they are fully compliant, unless a specific exemption applies for example, disproportionate burden or archive content outside the scope of the regulations.
Target conformance level across all digital services we develop and maintain.
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines applied as the working baseline.
Target response window for accessibility issues raised by users.
Across the platforms we build and maintain, our design and engineering teams work to deliver:
Logical headings, landmarks and reading order on every page so assistive technologies can navigate content predictably.
Every interactive element is reachable and operable without a mouse, with visible focus states throughout.
Tested against JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver to confirm announcements, labels and roles behave correctly.
Text reflows cleanly at 200% zoom, with responsive layouts that adapt across desktop, tablet and mobile.
Link text describes destination, and meaningful images carry alternative text written for assistive technology users.
Colour contrast meets or exceeds WCAG 2.1 AA thresholds for text, controls and meaningful graphics.
Some content or third-party components may not yet be fully accessible. We are working to resolve these issues as part of our continuous improvement strategy.
| Area | Issue | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Documents | Some PDF or Word documents are not fully tagged for screen reader use. | Remediation in progress |
| Dynamic components | Complex forms and interactive elements may have keyboard navigation issues. | Under review |
| Legacy content | Some older third-party content may not meet AA standard. | Logged for remediation |
We carry out the following to ensure accessibility across the services we build and run:
Internal and external audits scheduled against each platform we maintain, with findings tracked to closure.
Accessibility reviews are embedded into the design and development lifecycle, not bolted on at release.
Non-compliant components are logged, prioritised and tracked via our project delivery tooling.
We use Axe, Lighthouse and WAVE alongside manual keyboard and screen reader testing.
This statement was prepared on 01/02/2024 and last reviewed on 11/02/2025. We test the accessibility of our services using a combination of automated tools, manual audits and user feedback.
