A 'Status Determination Statement' (SDS) is a comprehensive statement that declares a service’s IR35status following an IR35 assessment.
SATIGO are not required to provide IR35 assessments, and any tax liability falls solely with thecontractor and their limited company.
The contractor is liable for proving their status to HMRC and will be required to provide their ownassessment from which ever source they choose and will need to send SATIGO a copy of the resultsfor our records.
