Volunteering hours contributed across our delivery squads in support of local community projects.
This Mandela Day, the SATIGO South Africa team was proud to spend our 67 minutes giving back at the Ladles of Love Hands-On Event, alongside more than 4,000 volunteers committed to creating positive change for our communities and children.
Mandela Day honours the legacy of Nelson Mandela and celebrates his 67 years of public service. The day encourages people and organisations to dedicate their time to service, honouring Mandela's legacy through meaningful community action and collective effort.
Our team volunteered in the Create Zone, where we created early childhood development resources, including educational posters, flashcards and activity workbooks, for preschool children in under-resourced communities. These resources are designed to support learning, encourage creativity and provide teachers with engaging tools to help children develop foundational skills.

It was incredibly rewarding to contribute to an initiative focused on nurturing future generations, while working alongside thousands of volunteers united by the same purpose. From creating resources to working together as a team, the experience was a meaningful reminder of how small contributions can support broader community impact.
Giving back is an important part of who we are at SATIGO. Creating social value isn't just about the work we do with our clients; it's also about supporting the communities we're part of and taking opportunities to make a positive impact wherever we can.
A big thank you to Ladles of Love for organising such an inspiring event. We're grateful to have been part of this year's Mandela Day and look forward to supporting more initiatives that create lasting impact.
