Social Value — SATIGO
Social Value · Outcomes that matter

Social.
Value.
Delivered.

Digital transformation that goes hand-in-hand with positive social impact. We build social value into everything we do — how we deliver work, how we support people, and how we protect the planet. Our goal is to make sure progress benefits everyone, not just a few.

Our social mission
Sharing our vision for a better tomorrow — through people, partnerships and the planet.

A practical contribution, built into delivery.

At SATIGO, we believe digital transformation should go hand-in-hand with positive social impact. That's why we build social value into everything we do — how we deliver work, how we support people, and how we protect the planet.

Our approach focuses on long-term partnerships, structured skills programmes and measurable outcomes — delivered alongside the public sector and regulated organisations we work with.

Community beyond the workplace — show up, give back, make a lasting difference.

Building stronger communities.

We believe in community beyond the workplace. We build local partnerships, support grassroots initiatives, and take part in events that strengthen the places where we live and work.

  • Partnered with Spring Community Hub to support families in need during the holidays — providing food parcels, warm clothing and festive activities that reached over 100 people in East London.
  • Working with Age UK to run digital drop-in sessions and community support events — helping over 250 older adults stay connected and confident with technology.
  • Take part in charity event days and community-led initiatives throughout the year, choosing causes that matter to our teams and local networks.
  • All community activity is reviewed for real benefit — alignment with local need and contribution to wider social value outcomes.

Embedded by design, across every engagement.

Climate, wellbeing, accessibility and equity sit at the core of how we operate — not as initiatives, but as standards.

Fighting climate change

Reducing our carbon footprint and delivering services in a way that protects the planet.

  • Operating as a digital-first, paperless business with a hybrid workforce.
  • Green-certified hosting and low-emission cloud services.
  • Operational emissions offset through certified partners.

Improving wellbeing

Wellbeing underpins how we support our teams, deliver projects and engage with communities.

  • All staff and contractors have access to mental health support and wellbeing resources.
  • Wellbeing Champions appointed in every team.
  • Wellbeing allowance for fitness, therapy or mindfulness.
  • Partnering with Age UK to support digital literacy among older adults.

  • Content created using plain English, with high-contrast designs and keyboard navigation.
  • Regular accessibility reviews and training with delivery teams.

Equity & inclusion

Levelling the playing field — actively supporting under-represented groups in digital careers.

  • Free training, mentoring and job support for candidates facing barriers to employment.
  • Supporting women in tech, disabled candidates and ethnic minority and low-income backgrounds.
  • Placement, hiring and promotion practices reflecting fair opportunity for all.
  • Working with partners to shape more inclusive industries.

Delivered alongside the organisations that matter most.

Our social value contribution flows through the business we deliver for.

Regulatory Bodies

We hold ourselves accountable to the outcomes we promise.

Every year, we track and report progress against five clear indicators — shared transparently with clients and partners.

  • — 01
Number of participants in our skills and mentoring programmes.
  • — 02
Percentage of placements from under-represented groups.
  • — 03
Volunteer hours contributed to community partners.
  • — 04
Carbon impact savings from hybrid delivery.
  • — 05
Accessibility testing results and satisfaction ratings.
09 Our pledge

We pledge to build measurable social contribution into every engagement we deliver. To partner long-term with the organisations doing meaningful work in our communities. To report transparently against every commitment. And to keep raising the bar — because "because procurement asked" has never been the reason we do this.
