Regional Business Development Manager:

We are seeking a seasoned and ambitious Regional Business Development Manager to drive our expansion across the UK, EU, US, and APAC regions, with a particular focus on the Technology and Renewable Energy sectors. This role is key to shaping the future of our business by developing new opportunities and fostering strong client relationships across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on recruitment solutions within the Technology and Renewable Energy sectors.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and work closely with key stakeholders to develop strategies that expand our presence across global markets.
  • Market Expansion: Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable strategies to enter and grow in new regions.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, using insights to recommend strategies that will drive further business growth and success.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work in partnership with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of candidates and contribute to the overall success of the business unit.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in business development, with a strong focus on the Technology and Renewable Energy sectors.
  • Proven track record of success in managing client relationships and driving business growth across international markets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
